Mr. Tulloch serves as the visionary leader guiding Kemtek since its 1989 inception. Under his tutelage, the company has grown from strength to strength. He leads a family-oriented team and oversees the overall company direction, with three core directors supporting distinct portfolios.
Director of Operations
Mr. Tulloch manages the Operations Portfolio, encompassing Corporate Land Acquisition and the Quality Assurance Department, plus a roster of skilled contractors. He guides each community's development and infrastructure from conceptualization to implementation, utilizing technology-driven building systems across all Kemtek projects.
Director of Technical Services
Mr. Tulloch brings extensive technical services expertise with full oversight of Maintenance, Fleet Management and Parts. He ensures the company adopts the latest technological advancements, incorporating computerized machinery to enhance productivity and delivery timeline compliance.
Director of Administration & Special Projects
Mr. Tulloch directs Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Legal functions. He leads efforts to keep the company current with global industry best-practice standards, trends and technology, while pursuing market leadership through innovation.
