Complete and submit an application and one of our Client Team representatives will contact you to guide you through the requirements and payment schedule to secure your chosen unit.

You will need a government-issued ID and TRN card (a driver’s licence may substitute). Overseas buyers without a TRN can apply via jamaicatax.gov.jm — we can assist. A deposit secures your lot, after which our Legal Department prepares the Agreement for Sale. If you are buying with a mortgage, a pre-qualification letter secures the balance.

    Present bank pre-qualification letter.

  3. Step 3

    Pay deposit of 10%.

  4. Step 4

    A lot will be assigned to you.

  5. Step 5

    A sales agreement will be prepared within 20 working days.

Additional information

Larger lots will be at a higher price.
All sales are plus closing costs and subject to escalation, capped at 10%.
The balance of proceeds is due on receipt of a practical completion certificate.
The developer has the right to make changes to the actual finish of the house as needed.
This development will be managed by a Property Management Company (with a monthly maintenance to be determined).
Mahoe Manor has received all relevant approvals.
