In June 2019 Kemtek Development and Construction Limited celebrated 30 proud and relentless years in the real estate industry.
Kemtek’s journey began with the very first development which was in Keystone, St. Catherine. This was comprised of three distinct types of three-bedroom units. Since then, we have grown exponentially expanding into larger developments with two and three bedroom units and gated communities across the North Coast of Jamaica with Clubhouses that features tennis court, swimming pool and gym.
We are particularly proud as a Brand Jamaica company that has developed a solid track record in providing quality homes for discerning purchasers, locally and abroad. With over thirteen projects to date Kemtek continues to raise the bar for best-in-class products and developments which deliver high returns to purchasers.
Our anniversary activities included a Thanksgiving Service at Phillippo Baptist in Spanish Town, a Banquet and Long Service Award Ceremony and a 30th Anniversary Publication in the Jamaica Gleaner.
