Chairman and Managing Director
Kemtek Development and Construction Limited is led by a family oriented team guided by the visionary Mr. Sylvester Tulloch who serves as both the Chairman and the Managing Director of the company. Under his tutelage and distinct guidance the company has grown from strength to strength since its inception in 1989. The other distinct portfolios within the company are managed by three core directors who create a dynamic synergy and form the basis for the company's direction.

Garwin Tulloch
Director of Operations
Mr. Garwin Tulloch is responsible for the Operations Portfolio, which is comprised of Corporate Land Acquisition, the Quality Assurance Department, as well as a roster of highly skilled and qualified contractors. He guides the development of each community and its infrastructure, from conceptualization to implementation, by utilizing technology driven building systems across each Kemtek development.

Director of Technical Services
Mr. Handel Tulloch brings a wealth of technical services as he has full oversight of the Maintenance, Fleet Management and Parts Department. He ensures that the company embraces all the latest technological advancements by incorporating computerized machinery to deliver improved productivity and greater control of daily outputs, thereby supporting critical delivery timelines.

Director of Administration & Special Projects
Mr. Karl Tulloch has direct oversight for the Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and the Legal functions. He leads the team to ensure that the company stays abreast of global industry best practice standards, trends and technology and actively pursues the mantle of a compliant and innovative market leader.
