We observe and implement, as required, all Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) protocols mandated periodically by the Ministry of Health and Wellness. This extends to all operations across our administrative offices and site locations. Visitors must adhere to these protocols when visiting a Kemtek Development and Construction Limited location and when interacting with members of our team members. As a result, only the prescribed number of persons will be allowed to view our housing solutions at any one time, to allow for the specified distance of 6 feet to be maintained. Note also that our locations and model units are sanitized on a scheduled basis and the wearing of masks in our units and offices, along with the physical distance requirement, is mandatory for all customers.

We ask that persons desirous of having an in-office appointment please call beforehand so we may schedule it accordingly and do our screening assessment to confirm availability.
