Our Application Process

Step: 1

COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION

Click (HERE) to access our application form to apply. Kindly ensure that the information provided is accurate and all the applicable fields are completed.

Step: 2

UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS

You are required to upload a copy of your government issued identification and Tax Registration Number (TRN) Card. You may substitute these documents for your driver’s licence. These items are required in order to process your application and prepare your Agreement for Sale. For purchasers living overseas who do not have a TRN, please visit https://www.jamaicatax.gov.jm for instructions on how to apply for a local Tax Registration Number.

If you intend to complete the sale by way of mortgage, then you are required to upload a prequalification letter, securing the balance of the costs associated with the sale. If you are completing the sale by way of cash, you are must provide us with proof of funds by way of a bank letter/statement and you must advise of the source of funds.

Please note that your application will not be processed without the foregoing.

Step: 3

PAY YOUR DEPOSIT

A lot can only be reserved upon FULL payment of the deposit (10% of purchase price of the unit) and confirmation of the payment provided. Kindly refer to our price list which details the costs associated with our available units along with the site plan for your guidance. We have also included our banking details, to assist with wire and local RTGS bank transfer, and we accept managers cheques made out to: Kemtek Development and Construction Limited. Step: 4

A LOT WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU

A representative will make contact with you and inform you of your lot assignment and assist you with identifying same on our site plan.

Step: 5

YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE PREPARED AND DISPATCHED

We will prepare and dispatch a package containing your Agreement for Sale, Property Owner’s Management Agreement and Transfer of Land documents for signing. Follow the instructions in your package regarding how to sign and return your documents.
