Hundreds of Brown’s Hall residents and surrounding communities in St. Catherine will now have access to health services much closer to home.

 Kemtek Development and Construction Limited is pleased to have been able to provide funding along with Omni Industries Limited towards this $24 million dollar   facility which was officially opened by the Minister of Health and Wellness, Dr. the Hon. Christopher Tufton in August 2020.

 The facility is a Type One health facility which will serve communities such as Macka Tree, Marlie Hill, Belfield and Blue Hole. It will provide curative services, maternal and child healthcare, dressing of wounds, immunization, and family planning.

 It is staffed with about 14 health professionals. This includes one resident midwife, a visiting doctor and public health nurse, six community health aides, and other   personnel.
